Implementation Services
WorkForce Software provides several deployment models and types of services in conjunction with our solution.
Deployment Models
WorkForce Software provides several methods for deploying our solutions, including a traditional customer hosted installation, WorkForce Hosted (ASP) model, and a unique Managed Server Program. Customers who want faster implementations by using pre-built rules and templates can opt to use our Accelerated Implementation Program or opt for the WorkForce Hosted (ASP) model.
WorkForce Best Practices
Regardless of how you deploy the solution, WorkForce Software’s team of industry experts applies the WorkForce Best Practices to ensure you get the most from your implementation. The WorkForce Best Practices service applies our many years of experience in time and attendance implementations to recommend to you the best method of deploying our solution and reengineering your business practices.
WorkForce Compliance Analysis Service
More than 75% of companies are not in compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and other regulations. Because of such widespread compliance issues and the steep cost of non-compliance, we offer the WorkForce Compliance Analysis Service. With this optional service, our consultants will analyze your organization’s adherence with various state and federal regulations, including Sarbanes-Oxley, the FMLA, the FLSA, and other state regulations. If we find non-compliance, we will inform you of the problem areas and suggest changes in business practices or ways of getting into compliance using our solution. |
